Description

You have the roof of commercial building or residential house and need an access to chimney or ventilation pipes to be cleaned? The roof ladder can be used to assemble a durable ladder of any length for all sloping roofs.

The copper roof ladder-porch is designed for safe movement up and down the roof slopes. It differs from the usual ladder by wide steps with adjustable slope. The textured surface of the steps guarantees reliable foot grip in any weather.

Technical characteristics and safety are confirmed by tests, ORIMA copper ladders comply with building codes.

The porch ladder is best suited for flat roofs with a slope of 8-25° (slope 1:5–1:2.5), however, the adjustment reserve is enough for a slope of 45 degrees (1:1).

It makes sense to install snow guards together with roof ladders so that the snow mass does not increase the load on the ladder fastenings.

Maximum distance between brackets is 2 m (78.74’)

•suitable for fold pitch 405 - 540 mm.

•maximum fold height 27 mm.

•maximum distance between brackets 2000 mm

•extension by overlapping, without connecting strip

•permissible torque for tightening the bolt on the fastening to the fold 20 Nm

However, if you change your mind about the product, you will be billed the cost of both the outbound and return shipments. Larger items (sets of snow guards): All orders containing oversized or heavy or fragile item will be shipped with one of our specialized transport company. Delays vary, usually between 5 and 10 days for all Canadian provinces and United States.
